Announcement Regarding Adjustment of NFT Services at J Hotel Shanghai Tower

Dear Guests,

We sincerely appreciate your long-standing interest and support for the Non-Fungible Token (hereinafter referred to as “NFT”) project of J Hotel Shanghai Tower (hereinafter referred to as “hotel”). Due to business optimization adjustments, after careful consideration, we have suspended the related services of the NFT platform "Jetaverse".

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by this adjustment and remain fully committed to protecting the rights and interests of every guest. From now until March 1^st, 2026, guests who have purchased NFT commodities through official channels and wish to request a refund may submit valid proof of purchase (such as payment record screenshots) via the hotel’s official WeChat customer service platform within this period. We will centrally process refund requests and complete the review within 90 working days after receiving the application, then refund the corresponding amount to the original payment account. Please note that after March 1^st 2026, the hotel will no longer accept refund requests related to this project.
